магнитопорошковый дефектоскоп
Магнитный прибор неразрушающего контроля, предназначенный для обнаружения с помощью магнитного порошка несплошностей и магнитных неоднородностей материала намагниченных объектов контроля.
Примечание
Основным элементом магнитопорошкового дефектоскопа является намагничивающее устройство. В зависимости от назначения и конструктивного исполнения дефектоскопа в него дополнительно могут входить следующие функциональные устройства:
блок питания;
система или блок измерения намагничивающего тока или напряженности магнитного поля;
система или блок управления операциями контроля;
система самоконтроля работоспособности дефектоскопа;
устройства автоматизации процессов контроля;
контактное зажимное устройство;
устройство для нанесения на объекты контроля магнитного индикатора;
устройства для осмотра объектов контроля;
вспомогательные устройства, приборы и приспособления;
размагничивающее устройство.
